Kano State Polytechnic Screening Requirements for 2025/2026 ND/NCE Admission

Kano State Polytechnic has announced the screening requirements and schedule for candidates seeking admission into National Diploma (ND) and Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE) programmes for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Screening Schedule

• Start Date: Thursday, November 13, 2025
• Time: 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM
• Days: Wednesdays and Thursdays (twice weekly)
• Venue: Academic Department, Central Administration, Buk Road, Kano

Required Documents

All candidates must bring the following documents:

1. Declaration of Age/Birth Certificate
2. NIN Slip
3. O'Level Result (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)
4. JAMB Registration Slip
5. JAMB Result Printout
6. Change of Institution Slip (Green Card)
7. Evidence of O'Level Upload on JAMB Portal
8. Two copies of Screening Slips

Important Instructions

The screening will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. Candidates are expected to:

• Dress decently and conduct themselves maturely
• Sign attendance records upon arrival
• Come with original copies of all documents
