KASU Mandatory Physical Screening for Newly Admitted Candidates: December 9-19, 2025

Kaduna State University (KASU) announces mandatory physical screening for all newly admitted candidates for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Screening Schedule

• Dates: December 9-19, 2025 (11 days)
• Time: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM daily
• Venue: 1000 Seat Auditorium, KASU Main Campus, Tafawa Balewa Way, Kaduna
• Attendance: Mandatory for all newly admitted candidates

Pre-Screening Requirements (Online Step)

Before attending physical screening, you must complete this online process:

1. Visit the KASU Post-UTME Portal
2. Log into your account using your credentials
3. Upload a clear scanned copy of your JAMB Admission Letter
4. Print the Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip
5. Bring the printed slip to physical screening as proof of completion

Required Documents (Originals + 2 Photocopies Each)

Bring the following documents in original form plus two photocopies of each:

Academic Documents

• JAMB Admission Letter (downloaded from JAMB CAPS)
• JAMB Original Result Slip
• O'Level Certificate(s): WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB
• Valid scratch card for the O'Level result
• Two copies of online-generated O'Level result
• Primary School Leaving Certificate

Personal Identification Documents

• Birth Certificate or Sworn Court Declaration of Age
• Certificate of Local Government of Origin/Indigene Certificate
• NIN Slip (National Identification Number)

Screening Documents

• Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip (printed from portal)

Screening Process

1. Complete online upload of JAMB admission letter at applicant.safapply.com/kasu
2. Print your Post-UTME Registration Acknowledgement Slip
3. Gather all required documents (originals + 2 photocopies each)
4. Visit 1000 Seat Auditorium, KASU Main Campus between December 9-19
5. Arrive during operational hours (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
6. Submit documents for verification
7. Complete the physical screening exercise

Important Reminders

• Screening is mandatory - non-attendance may affect your admission
• Complete the online upload before attending physical screening
• Bring both originals and photocopies of all documents
• Arrive early to avoid long queues (screening runs for 11 days)
• Ensure all documents are legible and properly prepared
