Kogi State Polytechnic Opens 2025 Top-Up Degree and HND Conversion Programme Admission

Kogi State Polytechnic, in partnership with Federal University Lokoja, has opened applications for its Top-Up Degree and HND Conversion Programme for 2025. This programme offers pathways for HND holders and third-class degree graduates to upgrade their qualifications.

Programme Objectives

The Top-Up Degree/HND Conversion Programme is designed to:

• Facilitate HND-to-degree conversion for polytechnic graduates
• Enable third-class degree holders to upgrade to better classifications
• Provide career change opportunities through university-level education

Who Can Apply

• University graduates with Third Class degrees seeking to upgrade
• HND graduates with minimum Lower Credit classification
• Individuals seeking career changes through additional qualifications

Admission Requirements

• Minimum five O'Level credits including Mathematics and English Language (maximum two sittings)
• Third Class degree OR HND qualification from an accredited institution
• NYSC discharge or exemption certificate
