Making cakes are easy, fun and require very little capital despite it’s high profit margin. You can improvise and bake with equipments in your kitchen.
In this hands on Practical class, you will learn how to make, the chocolate gateau, French sponge cake and how to decorate with Butter Cheese Icing.
These were deliberately chosen because they are trending, as a newbie you’ll already have an edge over the regular cake makers and if you’ve learnt cake making before, you can add these to your portfolio.
