Nigeria Police Academy (NPA) 11th Regular Course Admission Details
This is to inform the general public that, the Nigeria Police Academy (NPA), Wudil, Kano is inviting suitably qualified Nigerian citizens for admission into its 11th Regular Course degree programmes for the 2024/2025 academic session.
The Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC) invites all Candidates who successfully completed their online registration for admission into the 11th Regular Course of the Academy, for Automated Physical/Credential Screening, Computer-Based Test (CBT), Medical Screening and Board Interview.
The online application portal will be opened for the period of six weeks from 14th October, 2024 to 18th November, 2024. Where prospective applicants are required to complete the online application form and submit same with the specified period. Admission into Academy is opened to both Male and Female Nigerians of good character.
Nigerian Police Academy Admission Requirements
The Admission requirements for the Online application are as follows:
- Applicants shall be of Nigerian origin by birth and possess National Identity Number (NIN), Jamb Result (2024 only) with not less than 180 marks, and must be have selected Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil as first choice in the JAMB form.
- Applicants must possess a minimum of 6credits in not more than 2 sittings in WAEC/NECO or its equivalent with credit passes in English and Mathematics
- Applicants must be aged between 17-21 years by 31st October, 2024.
- Applicants must be medically, physically and psychologically fit and must not be less than 1.67m tall for male and 1.64m tall for Female
- Applicants msut not have less than 86cm (34 inches) expanded chest measurement (for male only)
- All applciants must not be married or pregnant at the time of admissions
- Applicants must have a valid email address and phone number.
- SSCE statemet of results or certificates relating to examinations taken before 2021 will not be accepted.

How to Apply for Admission into the Nigerian Police Academy
- Interested Applicants are advised to go to the Nigeria Police Academy’s portal: https://admission.polac.edu.ng/ in order to obtain or generate REMITA RETRIEVAL REFERENCE (RRR) code. The RRR can be used to make payment of non-refundable fee of Five Thousand Five Hundred Naira (N5500) only (N2000 for POST UTME Examinations is included) through any Commercial Bank Branch in Nigeria. This will allow the applicant to fill in the online application form. In addition, applicants are required to upload scanned copies of their SSCE, Birth certificates and Certificate of Origin. Applicants must print their completed online form, Guarantor Form and come along during the exercise to the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano State
SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS
Applications are to be submitted online. On submission of the applications, candidates are required to download the Acknowledgement Form. Candidates who obtained the minimum national cut-off marks or above, will be enabled to download and print their examination cards.
Entrance Examination Date, Conditions and Requirements
The Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil Selection Examination, will be Pencil and Paper Based (PPB) and probably Computer Based Test (CBT) as the case may be.
Candidates who are successful in the Selection Examination will be invited for the Nigeria Police Academy Selection Board screening and interview. The list of successful candidates will be published on our website.
NATURE AND DURATION OF THE COURSE
Candidates admitted into the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil degree course will undergo a combined Academic and Police training for a minimum period of Five (5) Years leading to Bachelor’s degrees and commission into the Nigeria Police Force as Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP).
