After payment — what to do

1. Keep a clear scanned copy of your Remita Receipt (RRR).
2. Prepare the following information to send with the scanned receipt: surname, other names, email address and phone number.
3. Send the scanned receipt and the information above to the official resit email: [email protected]
4. Login details to register for the resit will be sent to the email address provided on the Remita receipt.
5. Take the printed receipt for verification at the Accounts Department, then submit it to the Office of the Secretary to the Council/Head of Administration (SDA) as required.

Documents to submit (physical copies)

• Two (2) copies of the printout of your December 2025 Bar Final result
• Four (4) passport photographs
• Two (2) photocopies of your Law School ID card
• Two (2) copies of payment receipts

Important notes and tips

• Candidates who register but fail to turn up for the examination will forfeit all fees paid.
• Accommodation will be available for the examination period at a moderate fee; make arrangements early if you need lodging in Abuja.
• Double‑check the name you use when paying (payer’s full name) — it must match the name you submit on application documents and receipts to avoid verification delays.
• Scan and keep backups of all receipts and documents (cloud or email) so you can re-send quickly if requested.

Checklist — before you submit

Use this quick checklist to confirm you're ready to submit:

• Paid Application fee (₦30,000) and Examination fee (₦70,000) separately.
• Saved clear scanned copy of Remita Receipt (RRR).
• Prepared and sent surname, other names, email and phone number with the scanned receipt to [email protected].
• Printed two copies of December 2025 result, two copies of payment receipts, two photocopies of Law School ID and four passport photos.
• Plan to visit Accounts Department and Office of the Secretary to the Council/Head of Administration for receipt verification.
• Confirmed travel and accommodation arrangements for Bwari, Abuja (if applicable).
