Payment instructions

Pay the Application and Examination fees separately to the account of the Council of Legal Education via the CBN/Remita payment gateway, by electronic transfer or at any commercial bank. Provide the following when making payment:

  2. Name of Service/Purpose: Resit Examination
  3. Payer’s Full Name: (use your full name as it appears on official documents)

After payment — what to do

  1. Keep a clear scanned copy of your Remita Receipt (RRR).
  2. Prepare the following information to send with the scanned receipt: surname, other names, email address and phone number.
  3. Send the scanned receipt and the information above to the official resit email: [email protected]
  4. Login details to register for the resit will be sent to the email address provided on the Remita receipt.
  5. Take the printed receipt for verification at the Accounts Department, then submit it to the Office of the Secretary to the Council/Head of Administration (SDA) as required.
