As a selected candidate of the Oando Graduate Trainee Program 2025, you will get a highly competitive monthly stipend, an 18-month intensive hands-on training, and an employment career opportunity to work with the company.

How do I know if I’m eligible?

To be considered for the Oando Graduate Accelerated Program, you must:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2.1) in Engineering, Geosciences, Business Administration, or Economics.
• Not older than 26 years as of January 1, 2025.
• Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program by April 2025.
• Possess no more than two (2) years of work experience.
• Achieved a minimum of five (5) B’s and two (2) C’s in WASC, SSCE, or GCE O-Level in a single sitting, including Mathematics and English Language
