OAUSTECH Releases Academic Calendar for 2025/2026 Session

Ondo State University of Science and Technology (OAUSTECH) has released its approved academic calendar for the 2025/2026 session. Students are advised to take note of all important dates and plan accordingly.

First Semester Key Dates

• November 3, 2025: Resumption of academic activities and registration for old and new students
• November 10, 2025: Lectures commence
• December 8-10, 2025: Orientation for newly admitted students (100-level and Direct Entry)
• December 19, 2025: First examination timetable draft released; normal registration closes
• December 19, 2025 - January 2, 2026: Christmas and New Year break
• January 5, 2026: Late registration begins
• February 4, 2026: Matriculation ceremony
• February 9-13, 2026: Lecture-free week
• February 16 - March 7, 2026: First semester examinations
• March 4, 2026: Convocation day
• March 10-20, 2026: First semester break

Second Semester Key Dates

• March 23, 2026: Resumption and registration
• March 30, 2026: Second semester lectures begin
• June 22 - July 11, 2026: Second semester examinations
• August 26, 2026: Senate meeting for result consideration
