Entry Requirements for ND Programs

O'Level Requirements

You must have at least four passes in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB, which must include:

• English Language (required)
• Mathematics (required)
• Two other relevant subjects for your chosen program

Credit Pass Requirements

For specific programs:

• Science and Engineering Programs: You need credit passes in Mathematics and English Language
• Business Programs: Credit passes in Mathematics and English Language are also required

JAMB Requirements

ND applicants must:

• Have a valid 2025 JAMB UTME result
• Upload O'Level credentials to the JAMB website before applying

How to Apply

Step 1: Visit the Application Portal

Go to portal.abiastatepolytechnic.edu.ng to begin your application.

Step 2: Generate Payment Invoice

Create your application profile and generate an invoice for the application fee.

Step 3: Make Payment

Pay ₦9,000 (excluding bank charges) at any designated bank using your generated invoice.

Step 4: Complete Application

Return to the portal after payment confirmation and fill in all required information to complete your application.

Application Fee

The total application fee is ₦9,000. Note that this amount excludes bank transaction charges, so you may need to pay slightly more depending on your bank.

• A National Diploma (ND) in a relevant field
• Completion of the mandatory one-year Industrial Training (IT)
• The same O'Level requirements as ND applicants
