OOU Closes 2025/2026 Admission Exercise: Important Deadline for Admitted Students

Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago-Iwoye has officially closed its 2025/2026 admission exercise and released critical deadlines that all admitted candidates must meet to secure their admission status.

Critical Deadlines

• Payment Deadline: Friday, November 28, 2025 - Final date for completing all payments including acceptance and school fees
• JAMB Submission: Tuesday, December 2, 2025 - Deadline for university to submit matriculation list to JAMB
• Matriculation Ceremony: Tuesday, December 16, 2025

Consequences of Missing the Deadline

The university has emphasized that students who miss the November 28, 2025 payment deadline will:

• Be excluded from the matriculation list
• Lose their admission status entirely
• Not be included in the submission to JAMB

Required Actions for Admitted Candidates

If you received an admission offer through JAMB CAPS, you must:

1. Accept your admission on the JAMB CAPS portal immediately if you haven't done so
2. Print your admission letter
3. Complete payment of acceptance fee
4. Pay your school fees
5. Complete all requirements before November 28, 2025

Important Notice

The university must submit its matriculation list to JAMB by December 2, 2025, following the mandatory two-week advance notice requirement before ceremonies commence. This means there is no room for extension of the payment deadline.

All admitted candidates are urged to take immediate action to avoid forfeiting their admission to Olabisi Onabanjo University.
