Don’t Resume Until You Are Asked To – OOU Tells Students

Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU) has warned its students against resuming without a formal invitation. See full details below.

In the wake of the Ogun state government’s directive for tertiary institutions to resume academic activities from September 21, 2020, the management of the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State have informed students and visitors of the institution to wait for a formal announcement on the resumption date by the university.

In a statement issued by the Registrar, Mr Femi Ogunwomoju, he stated that necessary safety protocols are being put in place to ensure the safe reopening of the university after a long break caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

He assured stakeholders, parents/guardians and students of the necessary measures being taken by the management of the university to ascertain the safety of everyone.
