OSPOLY Bans Wild Celebrations by Final Year Students on Campus

The Management of the Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY) has noted that in every successive year, final year students of the Institution always engage in sign out ceremony to commemorate the completion of their academic journey in the institution. While the Management appreciates and acknowledges The fact that such event worth celebrating, there the need to apply caution. Many of such celebrations have led to the untimely death of Students in this institution and sister institution.

Consequently, Management has directed that there should NOT be any form of wild celebration that can jeopardize the lives of our deal Students. There should not be any form of funfair within the campus as all Students are to conclude their examinations as scheduled and leave for their respective homes For the avoidance of doubt, any Student found to be contravening this directive will be heavily sanctioned.

All final year Students are therefore directed to note the fallowing

• No entry for vehicles Belonging to Students
• No musical display in and around the campus
• No procession or gathering of any kind in the campus
• No Chanting of provoking songs of any form
