OSPOLY Notice on Part-time Examinations for 3rd Semester, 2022/2023

The Management of the Osun State Polytechnic (OSPOLY), Iree has issued an important notice to all Part-time students on the 3rd semester examinations for the 2022/2023 academic session. The notice is as follows;

In preparation for the forthcoming Daily Part-Time Third Semester Examination for 2022/2023 academic session scheduled to commence on Monday 18th March, 2023 students are enjoined to pay up their school fees before the commencement of the examination. In the same vein, you are expected to visit the Institution’s website as from Wednesday 13th March, 2024 in the following order.

(i) Log into your Portal and print out exam clearance.

(ii) Proceed to Daily Part-Time Coordinator’s Office for signing.

(iii) Proceed to the Directorate of Part-Time studies for the same purpose.

You are to note that the Examination clearance form would be signed upon presentation of school fees receipt and evidence of registration starting from Wednesday 13th March, 2024.

In the light of this, students are enjoined to comply with the above directive in their own interest.
