Latest: OSPOLY Issues Notice on Payment of Acceptance Fees and School Fees for New Students, 2024/2025
This is to inform all newly admitted Students that they should proceed to pay their acceptance fee for 2024/2025 Academic Session with immediate effect and the payment of school fees should be done within the next two weeks i.e. latest by 24th February, 2025.
Candidates who refused to pay within the stipulated date will have their admission revoked.
It is to be reiterated that the Institution will give a window of two weeks for payment of school fees (i.e. latest by 24th February, 2025).

This is to inform you all of the importance of dressing decently while on campus. As members of the Faculty of Management Studies, we must maintain a professional and respectful image at all times.
To ensure compliance with this policy, the relevant units have put in place necessary measures to enforce it strictly. Please note also that it is mandatory to wear your ID card while on campus.
Failure to comply with this regulation will result in sanctions from the school authority. I encourage you all to take this notice seriously and adhere to the dress code and ID card policy.

The activities of some touts who parade themselves as Personal Assistants (PAs) to some officers of the Polytechnic (Teaching and Non-Teaching) have come to the notice of the Management This set of individuals engage in activities that are inimical to the entrenchment of peace on campus and have been noted to be aided by some officers of the Polytechnic.
The Management hereby reiterates that the activities of such individuals are illegal and will be treated as such henceforth. Also in accordance with the provisions of a circular to the Polytechnic Community Reference Number REG.7A/VOL.V/199 of 6 July, 2022, restricting members of staff from having unauthorised Personal Assistants (PAs) and making it compulsory for all members of Staff to wear their identity cards, anyone found contravening the provisions of the Circular under reference shall be dealt with accordingly.
For the avoidance of doubt no member of Staff is allowed to keep or use any former student or any other individual as PA. Any individual that is not in the payroll of the Institution is hereby restricted from any form of official operation in the Institution.
Consequently, all members of Staff are to ALWAYS wear their identity cards while in the premises of the institution, any member of Staff who contravenes this directive shall be appropriately sanctioned.
The law enforcement agents and the Directorate of Media, Public Relations and Protocol have been duly empowered to ensure strict compliance of the provisions of this circular.
Earlier: OSPOLY Notice to Students on Wearing of ID Cards for Exams
This is to inform all students to collect their identity card with immediate effect, so as to enable them access to the examination hall for their afternoon papers.
Please note that any student who fails to put on his her identity card in the ongoing 2023/2024 first semester examination will be henceforth be denied access to the examination hall.
All concerned students are to take note and act accordingly.

This is to inform all HND II AND II/ ND 1 Full-Time (Building Technology) Students who have duly registered for EED 413/ 216 that their practical Training Classes have been scheduled to commence as stated below in the Directorate of Entrepreneurship Education Complex.
Please note that any student who fails to register as stated above will not be allowed in to the practical training classes. You are to note that signing of attendance sheet on the day of the practical is very important as evidence of EED practical training class. Also, you are to note that on no account should any student leave the practical class without official notification and permission from the Deputy Director/Directorate Officer.
Students who have been approved for SOLAR PANEL CONSTRUCTION SKILL will have their practical training on Thursday 16th May, 2024, Irrespective of their faculties.
The list of students’ groups and their approved skills have been dispatched to their respective group leaders. Each group is expected to note this and come to the practical training class with their approved skill list. You are hereby enjoined to make yourself available promptly in different halls allocated for each of these skills. Every student should come to the practical class with their student identity card as a means of identification.
In addition, EED practical Training Logbook duly completed in line with the laid down procedures must be submitted one week after the conduct of practical. Note that EED is a compulsory course.
