Key Qualifications Summary
- Professors require Ph.D. or fellowship with 12+ years experience and proven research/supervisory capabilities
- Senior Lecturers need Ph.D. with 7+ years teaching/research experience
- Lecturer I positions require Master's degree or MBBS/B.Pharm with 5+ years cognate experience
- Lower ranks require Master's degrees with progressively less experience
- Confidential Secretary I needs 4 O-level credits (including English) plus degree/HND in Secretarial Studies
