The Nigeria Police Academy (POLAC) Wudil has announced the commencement of the 12th Regular Course screening exercise for all applicants. The comprehensive screening will begin on October 6, 2025, and candidates are invited to attend based on their state of origin.

Screening Schedule

The screening runs from October 6-15, 2025, conducted in batches by state of origin:

  • Batch A (October 6): Abia, Adamawa, Akwa Ibom, Anambra, Bauchi
  • Final Batch (October 15): Yobe and Zamfara

Candidates must attend screening only on the date designated for their home state.

Screening Components

The exercise includes four evaluation stages:

  1. Computer-based testing
  2. Physical features assessment
  3. Medical evaluation
  4. Selection board interviews

Required Documents

Candidates must present originals and photocopies of:

  • Primary school completion certificate
  • Secondary school results (WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB)
  • JAMB result slip
  • Birth certificate or age declaration
  • Local government indigene certificate
  • Identification letter
  • Completed guarantor form
  • Medical fitness certificate from government hospital
  • National Identification Number (NIN) slip
  • Four passport photographs
  • Portal application acknowledgment slip

Dress Code

All candidates must wear:

  • White T-shirt
  • White shorts
  • White socks
  • White canvas shoes
