The Rivers State College of Health Science and Management Technology has opened admission into its various diploma and certificate programmes for the 2026/2027 academic session. Applications are available from March 25, 2026, and close on June 11, 2026.

Available Programmes

School of Environmental Health Technology

• Health Promotion and Education (Diploma) – 2 years
• Requirements: Five O’Level credit passes including English, Mathematics, Biology/Health Science, plus two science subjects

School of Pharmaceutical Technology

• Pharmacy Technician (Certificate) – 3 years
• Requirements: Five O’Level credits in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology (maximum 2 sittings)

School of Social Work

• Diploma in Social Work – 2 years
• Requirements: Five credits including English, Mathematics, plus three from specified humanities or science subjects

School of Dental Health Science

• Anesthetic Technician (Diploma) – 3 years
• Requirements: Five credits including Mathematics, Physics, Biology, Chemistry, English (maximum 2 sittings)

School of Health Information Management

• Health Information Management Technician – 3 years
• Hospital/Health Administration (Diploma) – 2 years
