SAZU Graduands Must Upload Projects to NERD Portal for 2026 NYSC Mobilization

Bauchi State University (SAZU) has issued a mandatory notice requiring all graduands of the 2025/2026 academic session to upload their projects to the Nigeria Education Repository and Databank (NERD) Portal as a prerequisite for 2026 NYSC mobilization.

What is NERD Portal?

The NERD platform allows students to submit their academic projects, theses, and dissertations for verification. It includes a national plagiarism checker service and is now mandatory for NYSC mobilization following a Federal Government order dated August 8, 2025.

2. Verify your personal and institutional details
3. Upload your project documentation
4. Obtain your NERD Clearance Slip

Important Information

• This requirement is mandatory for all 2025/2026 graduands
• Full enforcement of credential verification commenced in January 2026
• Without NERD clearance, you cannot proceed with NYSC mobilization

All affected graduands should complete this process promptly to avoid delays in their NYSC mobilization.
