SAZU Pharmacology Registration Requirements for 100 Level Students

Sa'adu Zungur University (SAZU) Department of Pharmacology has released the registration checklist for newly admitted 100-level students for the 2025/2026 session. Students are to report to the Secretary's Office in the Pharmacology Department with the required documents.

Registration requirements

• JAMB admission letter (for institution use only)
• Official school admission letter
• Completed online screening form for 2025/2026
• School payment receipts (Remitter and Student copies)
• Duly signed online course registration form (CRF)
• Original JAMB result
• Completed medical forms
• Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) certificate
• Primary school certificate
• Certificate of indigeneship
• Birth certificate or declaration of age
• Two recent passport photographs

Where to submit

Submit the documents at the Secretary's Office in the Department of Pharmacology during the registration period.
