SSUES Releases Registration Guidelines for 2025/2026 Fresh Students

Shehu Shagari University of Education, Sokoto (SSUES) has released official guidelines for newly admitted students to complete their admission confirmation process for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Step-by-Step Registration Process

Step 1: Access the Portal

Visit the university's student portal at portal.ssues.edu.ng and select "Check Admission Status" on the left-hand menu.

Step 2: Verify Admission Status

Enter your JAMB Registration Number to check your admission status. Once confirmed, select "View Invoice" to access the invoice display.

Step 3: Make Payment

The Acceptance & Screening Invoice will be available for payment through either card or bank transfer options. After payment, print your payment receipt.

Step 4: Complete Your Profile

Log into the portal using your JAMB Registration Number as both username and password. Update the following:

• Biographical information
• Next of kin details
• O-Level results
• Upload required photographs

Step 5: Print Documents

Print two copies each of:

• Bio-data form
• Payment evidence

Required Documents at Confirmation

Candidates must present the following at their confirmation appointment:

• Original credentials and photocopies (Primary School Certificate, O'Level/A'Level results, Birth Certificate)
• Indigene Certificate
• JAMB Admission Letter (both copies)
• Passport photographs
