  • Five O'Level credits in English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
  • WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB results are accepted.
  • O'Level results must be from not more than two sittings.
  • First School Leaving Certificate.
  • Birth certificate, sworn declaration of age, or birth affidavit.
  • Two recent passport photographs.
  • Change of course or institution slip, where applicable.
  • Attestation letter from a recognized clergy member.
  • Valid phone number of the candidate's sponsor.
