Taraba State University (TASU) Post-UTME / DE Screening exercise for the 2023/2024 session has been announced. Details are as follows;

LATEST UPDATE: This is to inform all UTME and Direct Entry candidates who have applied for admission into Taraba State University, Jalingo for 2023/2024 academic session that the Vice-Chancelor, Prof. Sunday Paul Bako has approved the extension of dateline for closure of portal for the online application to Monday, 22 January, 2024.

The Taraba State University (TASU), Jalingo has announced the commencement of the Admission Screening Exercise for Post-UTME Students for the 2023/2024 academic session. This is to inform all applicants and the general public interested in applying for admission into the Taraba State University, Jalingo that the sales of admission form for the 2023/2024 academic session has began. Be informed that all candidates who attained the UTME score of 140 and above in the recently concluded 2023 JAMB UTME exams are eligible to apply for admission.

Admission application form will commence from 20th November, 2023 – 22nd January, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria

All prospective candidates who chose Taraba State University Jalingo as their first choice for 2023/2024 academic session and scored 140 and above in JAMB UTME are eligible as well as Direct Entry (DE).

How to Apply for TASU Post-UTME / DE Screening

1. Eligible candidates are to visit the University website via https://apply.tsuniversity.edu.ng/register.php

2. Create a username and password and proceed to make payment of Two Thousand Naira (N2,000) online as screening charges to TSU account.

Candidates are also to upload the following:

1. Birth Certificate

2. Letter of indigene

3. First school leaving certificate

4. JAMB score sheet

5. WAEC/NECO/NABTEB and any relevant result

NOTE: Any candidate that fails to participate in the screening exercise shall not be considered for admission into the university.

Any false information uploaded by a candidate will lead to automatic disqualification.
