Tai Solarin University of Education (TASUED) Council has appointed Professor Adekunle Olanrewaju Adeogun as Acting Vice-Chancellor following an emergency meeting held on October 22, 2025.

Prof. Adeogun, who currently serves as Deputy Vice-Chancellor, will assume the acting role effective November 4, 2025. This date coincides with the end of the current Vice-Chancellor Professor Oluwole Banjo's tenure.
