Tecno Mobile Gives Scholarship To pupils For Children’s Day

Tecno Mobile just yesterday gave scholarships to three outstanding primary pupils from schools in Lagos State during its branding activities in the state. This was done as part of the May 27, Children’s Day celebration being marked across the nation.

Mr. Richard Ugochukwu, Tecno Mobile’s representative spoke about the brand experiential and corporate social responsibility initiative in primary schools which kicked off on May 18, 2016 and he stated that the mobile brand remained committed to promoting and enhancing quality child education in its operating communitie

Also credited to him was this statement: “We believe that giving the next generation qualitative education is critical to the prosperity of any nation and for a nation like Nigeria to effectively join the next phase of global industrial race, the Nigerian child must be well educated. Supporting education is an annual endeavor for Tecno and we will continue to do our very best to provide scholarships for outstanding pupils in public primary schools to further their education.”

The two-week long Tecno Mobile branding activity benefited seven primary schools in Lagos state and gift items were given to pupils of beneficiary schools including donations of stationery to the schools’ libraries.
