UAST Opens Undergraduate Admissions for 2025/2026: Requirements and How to Apply

The University of Agriculture, Science and Technology, Ilugh, Benue State has opened undergraduate admissions for the 2025/2026 academic session. Qualified candidates who achieved the required JAMB UTME cut-off marks are invited to apply.

Cut-Off Marks

• Health Programs: 160 and above (Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Human Nutrition & Dietetics, Complementary & Alternative Medicine)
• All Other Programs: 150 and above (Agriculture, Environmental Science, Engineering, Management, Education, etc.)

How to Apply

1. Change your institution choice to UAST on the JAMB CAPS Portal at any CBT Centre or JAMB Office
2. Upload your O'Level (SSCE) results to the JAMB CAPS Portal
3. Register for Post-UTME screening via the UAST admissions portal at portal.bsuast.edu.ng
4. Upload required documents: passport photograph, O'Level results, and UTME result slip
5. Pay ₦2,000 non-refundable Post-UTME screening fee
6. Print your screening acknowledgment slip

UAST offers degrees in various fields including Agricultural Economics, Animal Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Microbiology, Biotechnology, Nursing Science, Medical Laboratory Science, Environmental Management, and Public Health.
