The Management of the Umaru Musa Yar’adua University (UMYU), Katsina has issued an important disclaimer on sales of its 2024/2025 Post-UTME screening form. The notice is as follows;
The Registrar of Umaru Musa Yar’adua University is informing all members of the Institution’s Community that a fake and dubious information on the conduct of year 2024 Post-UTME for UTME & DE Candidates in respect of UMYU is now circulating and trending on the Social Media.
Consequent upon this, the Management of the University hereby affirms that the information is fake & a Scam from 419ners who may want to take advantage of thousands of innocent people to defraud them of their hard earned money.
Parents, Guardians, Candidates and all other stakeholders are strongly advised not to allow themselves to fall in the trap and as such the fake information should be ignored in its entirety.
The Management of Umaru Musa Yar’adua University, Katsina, will soon approve the conduct of the year 2024 Post-UTME for UTME Candidates and the Screening of the DE Candidates via the usual proper channels.
All should be vigilant and report to the nearest police station or any law enforcement offices any suspect(s) who intend (s)to defraud innocent person(s) using fake information for apprehending and punishing them accordingly.
