UNAA-UK Foundation Scholarship 2026 for University of Nigeria Students

The University of Nigeria Alumni Association, United Kingdom (UNAA-UK) Foundation has opened applications for its 2026 Scholarship and Grant Scheme. The programme offers financial support to currently enrolled students at the University of Nigeria who demonstrate strong academic performance.

Scholarship Details

• Number of Awards: 24 scholarships (12 for students with disabilities, 12 for non-disabled students)
• Award Amount: ₦400,000 per recipient
• Deadline: 30th April 2026 (midnight GMT)

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify, applicants must meet all of the following criteria:

• Be a currently enrolled and registered student at the University of Nigeria with a valid matriculation number
• Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 (non-disabled students) or 3.0 (students with disabilities)
• Must not be a first-year or final-year student as of 1st October 2025
• Possess a valid University of Nigeria student email address
• Must not have previously received a UNAA-UK scholarship, grant, or similar financial support from any UNN alumni body

How to Apply

1. Visit the UNAA-UK Foundation portal
2. Navigate to Scholarships & Grants and click Apply Now
3. Verify your University of Nigeria email address (only UNN emails are accepted)
4. Complete the online application form
5. Your application will be forwarded to your Head of Department and Exam Officer for verification
6. Upon approval, the submission advances to the scholarship committee for final review

Post-Award Requirements

Successful recipients must sign an acceptance form and a consent form authorising the use of their information, photos, or videos for UNAA-UK Foundation promotions and UK HMRC reporting.
