The University of Abuja (UNIABUJA) has announced its end of year break for 2025, with academic and administrative activities suspended from Wednesday, December 17, 2025 to Sunday, January 4, 2026.

Students: Plan your travel arrangements accordingly. The university resumes full academic activities on January 5, 2026.
Staff: Administrative staff should complete pending work before December 17. Essential service staff should report as scheduled.
The directive was issued by Sambo Mohammed, Acting Registrar, on behalf of the Acting Vice-Chancellor, Council, Senate, and Management of the University of Abuja.
Students and staff are advised to make necessary arrangements for the holiday period and ensure they return on time for the January 5 resumption.
