UNIBEN Post-UTME/DE 2026/2027: Cut-Off Mark, Fee and Screening Dates
The University of Benin has announced its 2026/2027 Post-UTME and Post-Direct Entry admission screening exercise. The CBT screening is scheduled to hold from Monday, July 27 to Saturday, August 1, 2026 at designated centres on the Ugbowo Campus.
Who Can Apply
- UTME candidates must have chosen UNIBEN as first choice in the 2026 UTME.
- UTME candidates must have scored at least 200.
- Direct Entry candidates must have applied through JAMB for the 2026/2027 admission exercise.
- Candidates must have at least five O'Level credit passes in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics where required.
- O'Level results may be from GCE O'Level, SSCE, NECO or equivalent, in not more than two sittings.
Application Dates and Fee
- Application opens: Friday, June 5, 2026 at 8:00 a.m.
- Application deadline: Friday, July 3, 2026 at midnight
- Screening fee: N2,000, excluding portal access charges
How to Apply
- Visit the UNIBEN application portal: unibenportal.com.
- Open the application menu and read the Post-UTME instructions carefully.
- Start the application process with your JAMB registration number, JAMB score and password.
- Fill in the required details.
- Pay through Remita with a valid ATM-enabled bank card.
- Preview all information before final submission. Corrections will not be accepted after submission.
Screening Schedule
Candidates should return online from Friday, July 17, 2026 to check their specific screening day, venue and time.

Important Exam Rules
