UNILAG Executive Diploma in Business Ethics and Leadership (DIP.BEL): Application Guide 2025

The University of Lagos Business School (ULBS) is now accepting applications for its Executive Diploma in Business Ethics and Leadership (DIP.BEL) programme for the 2025/2026 academic session.

Programme Overview

The DIP.BEL programme is designed to develop ethical leadership capabilities in business professionals, focusing on sustainable business practices and moral excellence in corporate environments.

Programme Objectives

Participants will:

• Master identification and resolution of business sustainability challenges
• Develop capacity to handle ethical dilemmas with moral excellence
• Learn to transform adversities into strategic advantages
• Build wisdom for ethical decision-making

Admission Requirements

Applicants must hold one of the following qualifications:

• Ph.D. degree
• Master’s degree
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of First School Leaving Certificate

Programme Structure

Executive Diploma (DIP.BEL)

• Duration: 6 months
• Schedule: Fridays 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM; Saturdays 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Format: Hybrid (in-person and remote/online learning)

Certificate Course (CERT.BEL)

• Duration: 5-day intensive OR spread over five weekends
• Note: Completing three certificate programmes qualifies for Executive Diploma
