The female hostel of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) leaked very badly during heavy rainfall.

In a video posted on Twitter by @Gidi_Traffic, it shows that rainwater pouring down into a room through a leaking roof in a Unilag female hostel. Buckets intended to hold the water pouring down were filled to the brim as the water kept on pouring down.

Earlier: UNILAG Hostel Accommodation Balloting Exercise Schedule Released For 2017/2018 Session

This is to inform all the newly admitted and returning students of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) that the management has released the hostel accommodation exercise schedule for the 2017/2018 academic session.

The Student Affairs Division, University of Lagos has scheduled the accommodation balloting exercise in the 2017/2018 academic session for registered students as follows:

Category A	Returning students (Year 2 – 5)	Monday, November 27 – Friday, December 1, 2017
Category B	Freshers (UTME & Direct Entry)	Monday, December 4, 2017
Category C	Freshers (male only for newly renovated Sodeinde Hall , ₦60,000) on first come- first-served basis	Monday, December 4, 2017

Please be informed:

• That students will start moving into the hostels from Monday, December 18, 2017.
• That students should pay their school fees and register their courses to be able to participate in the balloting process commencing on Monday, November 27, 2017.
