Who Can Apply

  • Candidates who selected UNILAG as first choice in the 2026 UTME and scored at least 200.
  • Candidates with five O-Level credit passes at one sitting in relevant subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.
  • Candidates who will be at least 16 years old by September 30, 2026.
  • Candidates who upload their O-Level results on JAMB CAPS and the UNILAG application portal on or before Friday, August 14, 2026.
  • Candidates who will participate in the online Post-UTME aptitude test.

How to Register

  1. Go to the UNILAG application portal.
  2. Click Start New Application.
  3. Under application type, select Undergraduate.
  4. Log in with your UTME application number as username and your surname in lowercase as password.
  5. Generate and print the payment advice.
  6. Pay through a commercial bank or complete payment online where available.
  7. Return to the portal to complete the screening form.
  8. Print your Post-UTME examination pass and keep your records.

Important Notes

  • Use your own active email address because UNILAG says it will use that channel for communication.
  • Former students whose admission was withdrawn for poor academic performance or absence may reapply only for a different programme.
  • Students previously expelled by the university are not eligible for fresh admission.
  • UNILAG says it maintains zero tolerance for drug abuse and may withdraw admission where a student tests positive.
