UNIMAID Announces 25th Combined Convocation and Golden Jubilee Celebration

The University of Maiduguri has announced its 25th Combined Convocation ceremony, which coincides with the institution's Golden Jubilee celebration. The historic event will take place on Friday, November 28, 2025 at the Convocation Square.

Graduating Classes

This combined ceremony will confer degrees on graduates from three academic sessions:

• 2021/2022 Academic Session
• 2022/2023 Academic Session
• 2023/2024 Academic Session

Both undergraduate and postgraduate degree recipients will participate in this milestone celebration.

Academic Gown Requirements

Graduates must collect their academic gowns from their respective Colleges and Faculties. The gown collection fee is ₦2,000 (non-refundable), payable at the UNIMAID Microfinance Bank. Gown collection begins on Monday, November 17, 2025.
