UNIOSUN Announces 7th Scholarship Scheme for Indigent Students
Osun State University (UNIOSUN) Staff Volunteer Scheme has launched its 7th scholarship initiative to support academically sound but financially challenged undergraduate students.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must:
- Be an indigent undergraduate student at UNIOSUN
- Maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.50
- Be in 200 level or above
- Not currently receive any other scholarship
- Not be university staff members or their children
- Not be NELFUND beneficiaries
Application Process
Interested students can collect free application forms from their respective Department, Faculty, or College offices starting Friday, February 13, 2026.
Submission Deadline
Completed forms must be submitted to the Provost's Office by Monday, February 16, 2026.
About the Scholarship
The programme aims to identify academically sound indigent undergraduate students and provide financial assistance based on individual needs. Awards are determined according to the seriousness of demonstrated financial hardship, ensuring transparent distribution without discrimination based on ethnicity or creed.
