UNIUYO Faculty of Education Students: Physical Form Collection Now Available at ESAN

The Faculty of Education at the University of Uyo (UNIUYO) has announced that physical form collection is now available for students who have completed their online registration.

Form Collection Details

• Collection Point: Education Students Association of Nigeria (ESAN) Secretariat
• Handler: Director of Academics, ESAN
• Requirement: Students must have completed online registration through Udemy course

Eligibility

Physical forms are available exclusively to students who have:

• Completed the required online registration process
• Finished the Udemy course component
• Met all Faculty of Education registration requirements

How to Collect Your Form

1. Ensure you've completed your online registration via Udemy
2. Visit the ESAN Secretariat during working hours
3. Request your physical form from the Director of Academics
4. Bring proof of online registration completion (if required)

Additional Information: Scholarship Nominations

The notice also indicates that Directors of Academics within the Faculty of Education have been asked to nominate candidates for 2025/2026 scholarship slots.
