UNN Academic Calendar Undergraduate Schedule of Activities

This is to inform Newly Admitted Candidates, Returning Students, Parents, Guardians and all concerned that the University will be commencing the 2022/2023 academic session on Monday, August 07, 2023.

Highlight of the approved Timetable of Events of the University for the 2022/2023 Academic Session include:

FRESHMEN

• Monday, August 07, 2023 –     Commencement of fully online Registration and

Allocation of Hostel Accommodation

• Monday, August 14, 2023 –     Study of the Undergraduate Academic Regulations
• Wednesday, August 30, 2023 –    Arrival of New Students/Freshmen

RETURNING STUDENTS

• Monday, August 28, 2023 –     Commencement of online Registration and

Provision of Hostel Accommodation

• Monday, August 29, 2023 –     Rehearsing of the Undergraduate Academic

Regulations

• Wednesday, August 30, 2023 –    Resumption for all Old/Returning Students

ALL STUDENTS

• Thursday, August 31, 2023 –    Lectures start with QUIZ for all Students
• Monday, September 11, 2023 –    Registration ends for all Students
• Tuesday, September 12, 2023 –    Late Registration begins for all Students
• Tuesday, September 26, 2023 –    Late Registration ends for all Students

The details of the process flow for full online registration had been circulated to candidates in our earlier release.

Heads of Department, Academic Advisers, Faculty Officers and Lecturers are to guide the Students through various online platforms and ensure full enforcement of rules and regulations on registration and attendance to lectures.
