If you are yet to conclude your physical screening, use this one-week extension to comply before the new deadline (24 April 2026). Failure to complete screening by the deadline may lead to forfeiture of your provisional admission.

Practical checklist for physical screening

• Bring the original and clear photocopies of your admission letter.
• Bring original academic credentials (WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, statement of results) and photocopies.
• Valid means of identification (national ID, international passport, driver's licence or voter card) and photocopies.
• Birth certificate or sworn affidavit where applicable.
• Evidence of payment of acceptance fee and any required screening fees (print receipt).
• Recent passport-sized photographs (bring several copies as requested).
• Medical report or certificate if the College’s screening form requires one.
• Any other originals requested in your admission letter (O'level printouts, result slips, certificates).

Step-by-step tips to avoid delays

1. Confirm the exact screening location and opening hours with the admissions office or your admission letter before you go.
2. Arrive early to avoid long queues; bring water and essential items for a potentially long wait.
3. Have documents neatly arranged in order (originals first, then photocopies) for quick verification.
4. Keep digital scans/photos of all documents on your phone or cloud storage as backup.
5. If any original document is missing, bring a sworn affidavit and a clear explanation — but note this may not always be accepted.
6. Pay any required fees before attending screening and keep proof of payment ready.
7. Follow instructions from admissions staff and ask politely for clarification if you’re unsure about any requirement.

If you cannot attend by the deadline

If unavoidable circumstances will prevent you from attending within the extended window, contact the College admissions office immediately to explain your situation and request guidance. Do this as early as possible — waiting until after the deadline reduces your chances of a favourable outcome.
