YABATECH Revised Academic Calendar 2024/2025: Christmas Break and Exam Dates Announced

Yabatech (Yaba College of Technology) has revised its 2024/2025 academic calendar, announcing updated dates for the Christmas break and second semester examinations. The Academic Board approved these changes on December 11, 2025.

Christmas and New Year Break

• Duration: December 21, 2025 – January 9, 2026
• Hostel Vacation: All full-time students must vacate hostels during this period

Resumption and Academic Activities

• Resumption Date: Friday, January 10, 2026
• Academic activities resume immediately upon return to campus

Second Semester Examinations

• Examination Period: January 19–30, 2026
• Exam Types: Standard written examinations and Computer-Based Tests (CBT)

• The revised calendar was officially approved by the Academic Board on December 11, 2025
• The Office of the Registrar announced the changes via circular dated December 16, 2025
