ABU Zaria Warns Admission Seekers Against Admission Racketeers

The management of the Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria has issued a notice to all aspirants seeking admission into the institution of admission racketeers. The notice has issued by the management is as follows:

As Ahmadu Bello University is about to commence admissions for the 2024/2025 academic session, it has become necessary to warn prospective students and parents/guardians to be wary of fraudulent persons who parade themselves as admissions facilitators of the University.

The University Management is in receipt of many complaints from the victims of admission frauds in the past reliving their sad experiences. The self-acclaimed admission facilitators extort money from their victims to purportedly secure admissions for them, an act that is totally unacceptable to the institution.

While urging the prospective students to report to the University authorities anybody demanding money to facilitate their admission, the institution also warns that its security personnel are working in tandem with other security agencies to track down these fraudulent acts and to take appropriate action against the perpetrators accordingly.
