Ajayi Crowther University Procedure For Transcript & Certificate Collection

Ajayi Crowther University (ACU), Oyo management and authorities duly wishes to inform students of the institution who may wish to collect their transcripts that they are to note the following:

1. Processing fees remains ₦5,000.00 (Five Thousand Naira Only) payable into First Bank Account number: 2013309767

2. A Letter of Application for the Transcript:

i. Matriculation number, gender, department and programme of study should be stated in the body of
the letter

ii. The official address to which the transcript should be sent should be clearly stated in the letter

3. Official transcripts cannot be collected by hand

4. Charges of courier service for postage to be paid depending on destination

COLLECTION OF CERTIFICATE

This is to inform students who may wish to collect their Certificate(s) that they are to bring the following:

1. Original Statement of Result

2. Original Clearance Certificate

3. Original copy of O’Level Certificate
