Who Qualifies for the Scholarship

The scholarship is available to three categories of students:

1. UTME Candidates

Requirements:

• Minimum JAMB score of 150
• Correct subject combination for chosen program
• Five O-Level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics
• Must be a self-sponsored (non-government) student

2. Direct Entry Candidates

Requirements:

• Acceptable qualifications (NCE, ND, IJMB, Cambridge A-Level, or equivalent)
• Five O-Level credit passes including English Language and Mathematics
• Meet program-specific entry requirements

3. Transfer Students

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled in another recognized Nigerian university
• Original university admission obtained through JAMB in 2022 or later
• Academic transcripts from current institution
• Five O-Level credit passes including English and Mathematics

College of Arts, Social and Management Sciences

• Physiology

Important: Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) programs are NOT included in the scholarship scheme.

College of Science, Information and Communication Technology

• Computer Science
• Information Technology
• Biochemistry
• Microbiology
• Mathematics
• Physics
• Chemistry

Who Is NOT Eligible

The scholarship excludes:

• Students admitted to MBBS (Medicine and Surgery) programs
• Returning students (200-level and above)
• Government-sponsored students
• Students on other scholarship schemes

How to Apply for Admission and Receive the Scholarship

Step 1: Visit the University Website
Go to www.aum.edu.ng to access the admission portal.

Step 2: Complete Admission Application
Fill out the online admission application form for your chosen program.

Step 3: Upload Required Documents

• JAMB result slip (for UTME candidates)
• Direct Entry credentials (NCE, ND, IJMB, etc.)

• Passport photograph

Step 4: Submit Application

Step 5: Scholarship Automatic
