Important Instructions for Matriculating Students

Procession

The matriculation procession will commence at 10:00 a.m. from the Multi-Purpose Court. All matriculating students are required to participate fully in the procession.

Seating Requirement

All matriculating students must be seated at the venue not later than 11:00 a.m. prompt. Late arrival may affect your participation in the ceremony.

What the Matriculation Means

The matriculation ceremony officially inducts new students into the university community. It is a significant academic milestone that formally recognizes you as a bona fide student of Alvan Ikoku Federal University of Education.
