NYPF is a non-governmental organization conceived by a group of young professionals possessed with a conviction in the promotion of innovative ideas for economic and social development and leadership that is accountable, as a means of achieving the aims and objectives espoused by the collective aspirations of the people in Nigeria.

As an organization made up primarily of young, dynamic and upwardly mobile individuals, we intend to harness Nigeria’s economic, political and social resources using contemporary managerial and administrative techniques. We also aim to support governments at all levels, as well as international organizations, in a bid to build a sustainable future for those we see as trustees and custodians of the future of Nigeria.

YESGrant Eligibility Criteria.

  1. To apply for the grant, the owner of the business applying must be a Nigerian between the ages of 18 and 40 and must be a registered member of the Nigerian Young Professionals Forum (NYPF).
  2. The innovative idea of the entrepreneur must be from one of the following sectors:
    1. Agriculture
    2. Creative Economy (Fashion, Photography, Creative Arts, Music and Film Entertainment)
    3. Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
  3. To access the grant, the business must be registered with the Nigerian Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
  4. The entrepreneur must open a corporate account with Heritage Bank Nigeria (the YESGrant Partner) prior to disbursement.
  5. Owner of the business must sign a legal agreement between the beneficiary company and NYPF.

YESGrant Application Process.

  1. Award recipients must be registered members of the Nigerian Young Professional Forum (NYPF) – . As a registered member, you will be assigned a unique identification number with which you will use to log into the application platform.
  2. Applications for funding by the Nigerian Young Professional Forum (YESGrant) pass through a two-stage application process:
    1. Concept Note stage
    2. Evaluation stage
  3. The Concept Note stage entails completing a form online and a brief summary of the proposed business idea for which grant funding support is being required for. This is the first stage of the Application process.
  4. The Evaluation stage requires shortlisted applicants to be interviewed face to face by a team of independent industry specialists.
