The National Universities Commission (NUC) has granted full accreditation status to all 22 degree programmes of the Federal University, Kasherein Gombe State.
According to a press release by the Principal Assistant Registrar, Information and Protocol of the Institution, Ahmed Alkali, the accreditation was one of the landmark achievements recorded by the university since establishment barely four years ago.
He said in the release that the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof. Mohammed Kabir Farouk attributed the development to handwork, commitment and dedication of the entire staff and management in their relentless pursuit of excellence.
The VC however congratulated the graduating students for what he called their determination, persistence and focus and wished them well in their future engagements.
