FUGUSAU Announces Registration Exercise for New Students 2025/2026

Federal University Gusau (FUGUSAU) has announced the commencement of registration for newly admitted undergraduate students in the 2025/2026 academic session.

Timeline and Location

The registration exercise begins on Monday, September 15th, 2025 at the Faculty of Science Extension. Sessions run from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily over a two-week period.

Required Documents

Students must bring originals and photocopies of the following documents:

• JAMB Admission Letter
• JAMB Result Slip
• SSCE Certificate (WAEC, NECO, NBAIS, or NABTEB)
• Senior Secondary School Testimonial
• Primary School Certificate and Testimonial
• Letter of Indigene
• Birth Certificate or Declaration of Age
• Four passport-size photographs

Online Registration Requirements

Before coming for physical registration, students must complete online processes at ugs.fugusau.edu.ng:

1. Pay a non-refundable acceptance fee of ₦12,000
2. Update personal information on the portal
3. Print the Letter of Undertaking
4. Generate a receipt and profile form copy
