FUHSA Remedial Admission 2026/2027: Requirements, Fee and How to Apply

Federal University of Health Sciences, Azare has opened applications for Remedial Science Studies for the 2026/2027 academic session.

The nine-month remedial programme is designed to prepare candidates for admission competition into FUHSA and other approved universities.

• Application fee: N10,000
• Payment method: online payment or Remita Retrieval Reference generated from the applicant profile

Entry Requirements

• Applicants need at least three O'Level credits in one sitting.
• English Language is required.
• The other two credits should be science subjects from Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
• Candidates must register for the 2027 UTME and obtain the required score.
• Candidates with awaiting O'Level results may apply.

2. Open the remedial programme link from the portal area.
3. Create an applicant profile with a valid email address.
4. Pay the N10,000 non-refundable application fee through the applicant profile.
5. Fill the application form after successful payment.
6. Print the completed form for reference.
