Students Directed to Vacate Hostels

Kogi State Polytechnic has directed regular students to vacate the campus hostels after the conclusion of the 2025/2026 second semester examinations.

Deadline

Students are expected to leave campus on or before Monday, June 22, 2026, pending resumption for the 2026/2027 academic session.

Exception Process

Students with genuine reasons to remain on campus should report to the Office of the Dean, Student Services for documentation. The security unit has been asked to monitor compliance.

Student Checklist

• Pack personal items before the deadline.
• Confirm any hostel clearance process with porters or student services.
• Keep school property safe and return keys where required.
• Document any approved reason for staying behind.
