Kwara State College of Health Technology (KWACOHET), Offa has announced that admission forms for the 2026/2027 academic session are now available online. Application period runs from February 23, 2026 to June 19, 2026.

3. Verify your email through the link sent to your Gmail
4. Upload passport photograph (Red background, max 25KB)
5. Make payment for the required application fee
6. Fill the complete application form with profile information, courses, and academic qualifications
7. Print all required documents

Admission Requirements

ND Programmes

Five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects (typically English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) from WAEC, NECO, GCE, or NABTEB.

HND Programmes

• Relevant ND Certificate with at least Lower Credit and Transcript
• Five (5) O'Level credits including English, Mathematics, Biology, and Chemistry
• One-year Industrial Training (IT)
• Duration: 4 semesters (2 academic sessions)

Remedial Programme

For candidates with O'Level deficiencies. Duration: 6 months. Automatic admission upon achieving minimum 2.0 CGPA and correcting all O'Level deficiencies.
