LASU Postgraduate Bio-Data Form Submission 2024/2025: Deadline and Requirements

Lagos State University has asked 2024/2025 postgraduate graduating students whose results have been approved by Senate to submit their bio-data forms for certificate processing.

Who Should Submit

The notice applies to postgraduate graduating students in the 2024/2025 set whose results have been approved by Senate.

Submission Deadline

Completed forms must be submitted on or before Tuesday, June 30, 2026.

How to Complete the Bio-Data Form

1. Visit the LASU official website.
2. Open the Students tab.
3. Select Certificate Processing.
4. Fill in the postgraduate bio-data form with correct personal and academic details.
5. Upload a passport photograph with a white background.
6. Print the completed bio-data form.
7. Attach a white-background passport photograph to the printed form.
8. Submit the form with a copy of your online academic profile to the Certificate Unit.

Passport Photograph Rules

• No eyeglasses.
• No caps.
• No selfies.
• No cropped or edited photographs.
• The background must be white.

Affected students should complete the process before the deadline to avoid delays in certificate processing.
