Northwest University Kano Post-UTME/DE 2025: Registration Guide

Northwest University, Kano (NWU) has announced the commencement of Post-UTME/Direct Entry screening for the 2025/2026 academic session. The registration window runs from September 15-28, 2025.

Online Registration: September 15-28, 2025

Candidates must register through the university website at www.nwu.edu.ng

Eligibility Requirements

All Candidates Must:

• Have chosen Northwest University, Kano as first choice
• Possess minimum five credits in SSCE including English and Mathematics within two sittings

Direct Entry Candidates Additionally Need:

• 2025 DE Registration Slip
• National Diploma (ND), IJMB, or NCE qualification
• Minimum 3.0 CGPA for science programmes or 3.5 for arts programmes
• Minimum 9 points in NCE or 7-8 points in IJMB programmes

How to Register

1. Visit the admission portal on the university website
2. Generate a NABROLL payment invoice
3. Pay N2,000 screening fee via online banking or any nationwide bank
4. Complete registration and print acknowledgment slip
5. Present slip with credentials during screening
